Who is the Gutsy Athlete program for?

This program is for athletes (past or present) who are ready to level up—not just in sports, but in life. It’s ideal for those who want to build confidence, create a future vision, improve their habits, and gain a mental edge in performance, career, or transitions.

What sports of specific levels do you work with?

I have direct experience coaching over 300 Cross Country / Track & Field Athletes at the high school level and over 150 marathoners.

Levels: High School, Collegiate, Post-collegiate, and Professional.

Can I work with you if I’m not currently competing?

Yes. You don’t have to be actively competing to benefit from mindset coaching. Many of my clients are former athletes navigating career growth, lifestyle changes, or personal reinvention through the athlete mindset they still carry.

What is the time commitment for coaching 1:1?

The standard program is 1:1 weekly coaching over 4 months. You'll also receive personalized mindset tools and practices between sessions.

I also offer flexible pacing and calls, if needed (typically 1-3 calls before a specific event).
